一、劈挂拳概说GeroduofgQuan

劈挂拳，属古代民间武术拳种之一。劈挂拳术多流行于河北沿海一带。现属于通背拳系中的主要套路之一，又为习练通背拳术的启蒙教材之一。劈挂拳是依着它的难易程度而排列成套路的，其动作编排的特点是由浅到深、由易到难、由简到繁，因“源流有序、拳理明晰、风格独特、自成体系”，已被国家列为重点开展拳种。
